Each Local Education Agency (LEA) is responsible for designating an Assessment Director. This Assessment Director is responsible for insuring that all statewide assessment policies and procedures are adhered to and implemented.

LEA Testing Plans are due by September 15, as per the Utah State Board of Education Administrative Rules R277-404: Requirements for Assessments of Student Achievement (Reference R277-404-5: LEA Responsibilities. Time Periods for Assessment Administration).
These documents are meant to inform, the actual surveys will be distributed out to the Assessment Directors.
