Application, Business Analyst, and Desktop Support

The two Application/Business Analyst/Desktop Support Teams offer customer support for the systems, applications, and reports utilized by the Utah State Board of Education (USBE) and Utah Local Education Agencies (LEAs). They provide documentation and testing for USBE developed applications. Members of these teams also provide desktop support for all agency provided software and equipment. Every application used at USBE has a support person assigned to help with any questions that may arise.

This includes Aspire Student Information Systems (SIS), Utah’s Online Performance Information for Adult Education (UTopia), Data Warehouse, State Education Research File (SERF), Assessment, Utah Transcript and Record Exchange (UTREx), EDFacts, Statewide Student Identification (SSID), and the Data Gateway.

Educator and Financial Systems Development
