Districts are responsible for submitting student results to the state annually for industry-based tests in order to qualify for Skill Certification Program funding.
Performance Accountability Report Instructions
Schools must complete an official Performance Documentation form for every test administered.
Official Performance Documentation forms are located on the test protocol page for
each respective test.
Test Coordinator Agreement

The test coordinator is responsible to disseminate Skill Certificate Program testing
information to CTE teachers. The Test Coordinator Agreement must be submitted by September.

All teachers are required to read and agree to the terms of the Instructor Agreement
located on the Precision Exams website.
