SIS 2000+ Locker Editor
The
Locker Editor program defines school locker attributes such as Locker ID#,
Lock ID#, locker type, locker location, maximum occupants, possible locker
combinations, service status, etc. A separate application, Student
Lockers, then assigns the lockers to individual students. Lockers must
be defined in the Locker Editor before they can be assigned to students.
Prerequisites:
Locker type descriptions and codes must be pre-defined in the Locker
Type Codes table via the Table Editor.
This is normally done during the configuration and installation of SIS 2000+.
If the codes are not yet defined, go to the Table Editor.
1. Open the Locker Editor
Go to the Enrollment Menu from the SIS 2000+ Main Menu. Click
on the Locker Editor icon button. The opening screen (Fig. 1) displays
the first locker in the database, sorted in ascending alphanumeric order
by Type code/ Locker ID#.

the entry and then clicking on the Select command button.

Possible Error Message:
This error message (Fig. 5) will occur if the locker
being deleted is assigned to a student or students via the Student Locker
application. For the sake of database integrity, the deletion procedure
cannot be carried out on lockers that have students assigned to them. Click
"OK" to close the error message and return to the main screen. Open the
Student Locker application and remove the assignments. Then return to the
Locker Editor to execute the deletion.
