Sec. 2, View Groups 

2.2 Viewing Rules
In the opening screen of the Group Editor (Fig. 3), the user will be presented with a list of the groups that are currently defined, organized by level and type (student, staff, course). This list will be tailored to the type of user (district system administrator, school system administrator, faculty member) and their security privileges (see a discussion of security in Sec. 1). For example, a faculty member (who is not district or school system administrator) should only see the faculty level groups that they defined.

For the purposes of this documentation, the scenario of full access to all groups (from the point of view of a district system administrator) will be used.

2.3 Select Groups to view
The Selected Groups list can be filtered to view only certain kinds of groups by selecting parameters in either of the "*Type" drop-down fields, as follows: 2.4 Show List
If a group has been properly defined, the collection of "Members" (entities, records) contained in the group can be viewed as follows: 2.5 Launch Commands
