SIS 2000+ End Year 

When a school is transitioning from one school year to the next, the End Year procedure is used close out student status records for the year ending, update enrollment history tables, update special programs records, update Activities records, and so on.

Prerequisites -
The New Year Initialization procedure must be executed first. See New Year Initialization for more details.

It is recommended that only Database Administrators perform this process, not end-users.
