Sec. 7, Edit 'Certification' Data 

Certification data is information on a faculty member's professional credentials.

The read-only mode of this tab lists each Certification record in an abbreviated form in a summary list (Fig. 20). To view the full details of a Certification record or edit an existing record, click on the target entry in the summary list until it is selected with a small black pointer on the left. Then click on the Edit command button to activate the edit mode (Fig. 21).

Use the single, small VCR buttons to scroll forward or backward through the Certification records. Edit attributes of a Certification record or use the blue-colored New command button to open a new Certification record in the entry mode. Enter attributes of a Certification record, as follows:

Save data by clicking on the Save command button, or Undo to discard all changes and exit the edit mode.
 

Deleting a Certification record

In the edit mode, select a Certification record to delete. Click on the blue-colored Delete command button. In the dialog box that appears (Fig. 22), answer "Yes" to confirm the deletion or "No" to abort.
