6.1 Edit a Program
6.1.2 Activate the edit mode
Click on the Edit command button to activate the edit mode,
indicated when the data fields turn from gray to white.
6.1.3 Modify data in any of three information
screens
Select an information screen by clicking on its tab to bring it to
the front. Use the Tab key to move from field to field. For details on
each screen's data fields, refer to the following sections:
6.1.4 Save data
Click on the Save command button to save modified data, or Undo
to cancel all changes.
6.1.5 Exit the edit mode
Click on the Done command button to exit the edit mode and return
to the read-only mode, indicated when the white data fields turn gray.
6.2.2 Click on the Delete command button at the bottom of the screen
6.2.3 Confirm or Cancel
In the delete dialog box that appears, answer "Yes" to confirm deletion
or "No" to abort. If any students are enrolled in the Special Program to
be deleted, a warning will appear in the delete dialog box.
6.3.2 Initiate Print
Click on the Print command button. In the dialog box that appears (Fig. 23) answer "Yes" to view the report, "No" print the report without previewing it, or "Cancel" to abort printing.

6.3.3 View Preview with option to Print
If "Yes" was selected in the previous step, the report preview opens
(Fig. 24).

If all is satisfactory, click on the exit door icon to close the preview and continue with the printing procedure. A dialog box appears with the prompt, "Send Report to Printer?" (Fig. 25). Answer "Yes" to print or "No" to cancel the printing process. (See General Reporting Procedures for more details on the print preview screen)
