SIS 2000+ Special Education History
Sec.
8, Edit / Exit / Delete a Program
Special Education History entries can be edited easily. The editing
procedure is very similar to the steps encountered while entering a student
in a program for the first time. Also, each entry must be maintained as
the due process progresses by entering various time-sensitive tracking
information. For instance, when a student is dismissed from a program,
be sure to change their Status code and enter an Exit Date. Use
caution when editing date fields so as not to create conflicts (caused
by overlapping date ranges for programs that have been defined as mutually
exclusive by their conflict identifiers.)
