Sec. 4, Edit or Delete a Recommendation

4.1 Find a student
(see Sec.1 for the Find procedure)

4.2 Edit A Recommendation

4.2.1 Select recommendation to edit
Select a recommendation from the list on the main screen by clicking on the line until it is selected with a small black arrow (Fig. 16).

4.2.2 Activate the edit mode.
Click on the Edit button at the bottom of the screen to go into the edit mode.

4.2.3 Edit data
Three tabbed sub-screens will appear: 'Recommendation', 'Comments', and 'Placement'. Recommendation data and Comments data display details of the selected recommendation and may be edited. 'Placements' is a read-only screen and cannot be edited. Use the Tab key or the mouse to move from field to field. See Sec. 3, Add A Recommendation for an explanation of each data field.

4.2.4 Save data
Click on the Save command button at the bottom of the screen to save data, or Undo to clear all data entered since the last save.

4.2.5 Exit edit mode
Click on Done to exit the edit mode and return to the main screen.
