SIS 2000+ Student Program Recommendations
3.1 Find a student
(see Sec.1 for the Find procedure)
3.2 Select a program to add
Click on the Add button at the bottom of the main screen. The
Select Program dialog box will appear (Fig. 11). Use the field button to
drop down a list of available special programs. Select a program to recommend,
then click on OK, or Cancel to abort (Fig. 12).

3.3 Enter Recommendation data
After selecting a program to add, the view will revert to the 'Recommendation'
tab in the edit mode with the name of the new program displayed (Fig. 13).
Use the Tab key or mouse to move from field to field. Enter the appropriate
data in the rest of the fields by inserting text or selecting choices from
drop-down lists activated by field buttons.

3.4 Enter Comments
Go to the 'Comments' tab (Fig. 14) and enter anecdotal comments, if
applicable.

3.5 Save data
At the bottom of the screen, click on Save, or Undo to
clear all changes since the last save.
3.6 Exit edit mode
Click on Done to exit the edit mode and revert to the main screen.
The new entry will now appear in the Recommendations summary list (Fig.
15). Execute a sort procedure (see Sec. 2) to
place the new recommendation in the desired sort order .
