4.2.2 Activate the edit mode.
Click on the Edit button at the bottom of the screen to go into
the edit mode.
4.2.3 Edit data
Four tabbed sub-screens will appear: 'General, 'Custom, 'Recommendations',
and 'Tests'. 'General' and 'Custom' display details of the selected program
and may be edited. 'Recommendations' is a read-only screen and cannot be
edited. The 'Tests' tab is not enabled at this time.
Use the Tab key or the mouse to move from field to field. Make modifications. See Sec. 3, Enter a Student in a Special Program for tab illustrations and an explanation of each data field.
4.2.4 Save data
Click on the Save button at the bottom of the screen to save
edited data, or Undo to clear all data modified since the last save.
4.2.5 Exit edit mode
Click on Done to exit the edit mode and return to the main Program
History screen.
4.3.2 Click on the Delete button. In the dialog box that appears (Fig. 22) answer "Yes" to confirm the deletion, or "No" to abort.
