SIS 2000+ Student Program History
2.1 View Special Programs history list
The opening screen of the Student Program History program displays
a summary list of special programs in which the student has been placed
(Fig. 5). Key data fields are displayed in read-only mode: Program
(name), Entry Date, Entry Code, Exit Date, Exit Code,
and Status.
View the entirety of the list by using the scroll bars, if necessary. For optimum viewing, column width may be adjusted with a mouse by dragging the column separator lines in the column header right or left (as done in an Excel spreadsheet).

Where there is no Exit Date or Exit Code for a special
program (the field will be ".NULL", "<Unset>", or blank), it may indicate
the student is currently enrolled in that program.
2.2 Sort Special Programs list
The default sorting order of the list is alphabetical based on the
Program name field. The list can be re-sorted in ascending or descending
order based on any of the other fields in the grid.

2.3.2 Click on the Edit button at the bottom of the screen to activate the edit mode.
2.3.3 Four information sub-screens (tabs) appear in the edit mode; signified by their white field color.
The first two tabs, 'General' (Fig. 10) and 'Custom' (Fig. 11) contain more details of the selected special program (for detailed explanation of each field see Sec. 3, Enter A Student in a Special Program). The third tab, 'Recommendations' (Fig. 12), is a read-only reference screen that is not related to the selected program, but rather to the selected student (see Step 2.4 below). The fourth tab, 'Tests', is not activated at this time.
