A printout of the selected student's schedule (Fig. 75) can be produced from within the Student Schedule Editor, as follows:

9.1 Set Date
Schedules are printed for a specific point in time. Set the target date in the Show Schedule as of field (Fig. 73).

The History field may be used as a shortcut to jump to the beginning or ending of a term or a date where a schedule change took place (See Step 2.2.1).

9.1 Print or Preview
Click on the Print command button to open the print dialog (Fig. 74). The effective date will be displayed. Select Print, Preview, or Cancel.

Fig. 75 - sample schedule. Courses where the student is enrolled as a teaching assistant will have a (TA) flag after the Course Title.
