-
Print Report Only -
This will print the student listing without actually running the scheduling
session.
-
Include Cover Page -
Check this box to include a cover page with the proprietary report.
The cover page lists all the Options selected for the current scheduling
session.
4.3 Continue
After Process controls are set, click on the Continue command
button, or Cancel to abort the scheduling process. When Continue
is executed, the process begins. Press ESC on the keyboard to cancel.
The process is carried out in three stages. The progress of each stage
is indicated by three gauges:
Stage 1: Processing Selected Students -
These are preliminary calculations done in the host computer's RAM.
The time needed to complete this stage varies greatly depending on the
Options set and the queries applied. All of the available RAM will likely
be monopolized by this stage, making it unadvisable to try and run other
programs concurrently.

Stage 2: Loading Students -
After the initial calculations are finished the students are loaded
into course sections. This stage is also carried out in RAM.
Fig. 22
Stage 3: Saving Schedules -
Schedules are created after processing and loading have been completed.
In the final stage, the Loader writes the results back to the database.

4.4 Finish session

(Fig. 24). Click "OK" to close the message and return to the Student Loader's
main screen.
