SIS 2000+ Student ADA/ADM Audit
Quick Instructions

Last update: 04/21/2001 jmm

This report is a listing of attendance detail and is located in the Attendance module. ADA (Average Daily Attendance) and ADM (Average Daily Membership) are values calculated by comparing the possible attendance days in a given reporting period with the actual attendance days of the students enrolled. The ADA value is used by the state government to calculate funding for public schools. The ADM value is used for attendance analysis. The Student ADA /ADM Audit Report produces three types of listings. The 'Attendance Detail & All Totals' listing provides a list of students with ADA attendance detail information displayed for each class period and attendance tally data by attendance categories. The 'Student Subtotals & Totals' listing shows each student's ADA attendance tally data by attendance category. The summary listing simply provides ADA totals for each attendance category, as well as a combined total. (Note that this information is also included in the first two listings.)
