Career - career plan assigned to the student, if applicable.

Advisor - students' assigned advisor appears here
as a group header when 'Group Students by Advisor' option is selected.

P/S - row labels. 'P' data fields apply only
to pending course requests. 'S' data fields apply only to scheduled
course requests.

Pend - pending (unscheduled) course requests.

Schd - scheduled course requests.

Status - internal system flag to indicate the status
of request: 'N:New' -(no changes made, still unscheduled), M:Modified
- original request, still unscheduled, was edited in the Course request
Editor, or 'P:Processed' - scheduled by the Student Loader.

Pri - priority value of the course request, as defined
in the Course Request Editor. Course with highest priority value will be
scheduled first by the Student Loader. (The lower the number, the higher
the priority with "1" being the highest priority.)

RLock - request's locked status, Yes or No, as defined
in the Course Request Editor. Locked requests will not be cleared by subsequent
request procedures unless special instructions are executed.

Alternate For - the course ID code that this request
is an alternate for.

Faculty - name of faculty preference for this course
(followed by faculty ID number in brackets).

Excl - "exclude" the faculty requested, i.e., do not
schedule the course with the specified faculty. Y/ N.

Lock - corresponds with Faculty Selection Must
Be Honored logical field in the Course Request Editor. This field will
read 'Yes' if the faculty preference (or exclusion) is required
as a condition for scheduling the student in this course.

Term - term code for term preference.

Excl - "exclude" the term requested, i.e., do not
schedule the course with the specified term. Y/ N.

Lock - corresponds with Term Selection Must Be
Honored logical field in the Course Request Editor. This field will
read 'Yes' if the term preference (or exclusion) is required as
a condition for scheduling the student in this course.

Date - date this course request was scheduled (Entry
Date).

Sect - course section number.
-
Per - scheduled period for the course section. Periods
are defined for each track in the Track Editor application.

Cycle Days - days of the week this course section
meets. Cycle Days are defined for each track in the Track Editor application.

TA - student has requested to be a teaching assistant
in this course.
-
How Sched - corresponds to the scheduling Entry Code
generated by program used to schedule the course (Student Schedule Editor
or Student Loader).

Faculty - name of faculty member teaching the scheduled
course section.
-
Phone - student's home phone number. Displayed only
if 'Show Student's Home Phone' option is selected in the 'Options' screen.
