SIS 2000+ UT Class Roll Worksheet Quick Instructions Last update: 1/21/2000 jmm

This report prints a class roll worksheet with room for four weeks of attendance and room for limited notes. It is very similar to the Attendance Roster available as a general report in the attendance module; however, the general Attendance Roster only has room two weeks of attendance. This report is for internal use only and does not need to be kept for auditing purposes.

Quick, Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Attendance | Reports | UT Class Roll Worksheet
2. Select the term.
3. Select the first date to appear on the four-week worksheet.
4. Select how many worksheets you want to print -- select specific teachers, specific classes, or ALL teachers and classes.
5. Click the Preview or the Print button.
6. Click the Quit button to exit the report.
