SIS 2000+ UT Calculate GPA and Ranking Quick Instructions Last update: 1/21/2000 jmm

This is actually a process, not a report; thus no sample report is shown. Many reports in SIS 2000+ display the student's GPA and/or class ranking. Run this calculation process before printing any of those reports to be sure the GPA and ranking are accurate and up-to-date. Especially be sure to run this calculation process before printing report cards and transcripts.

Quick, Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Academic History | Reports | UT Calculate GPA and Ranking
2. In the top section of the screen, indicate those grades you want the GPA and ranking calculated. You can check any number of grades. You can also select a grade range such as grades 9-12 which checks all grades from 9 to 12 for you.
3. Choose the effective date, school year, and term for calculating the GPA and ranking.
4. In the bottom section of the screen, indicate the grades you want included in the calculation.
5. Click the Update button to calculate GPA and ranking.
6. Click the Quit button to exit the process.
