This is a verification report -- use it to verify enrollment (membership) information before submitting the year-end Clearinghouse Upload to the USOE. After printing and verifying the information, a hardcopy of this report should be kept for several years at each school and by the District Office for auditing purposes.

Quick, Step-by-Step Instructions

1. UT Audit Reports | Reports | UT Year Round Membership
2. Select the term from the drop-down list that you wish to verify.
3. Mark the check box(es) for the portions of the report you want to print.
4. Click the Preview or the Print button.
5. Click the Quit button to exit the report.
