SIS 2000+ UT Testing: Pre-Print Verification Quick Instructions Last update: 1/21/2000 jmm

This is a verification report -- use it to verify student data before submitting the testing pre-print upload to the USOE. Because this is a school-specific report, the report should be printed at each school needing testing answer sheets prepared. After printing and verifying the information, this report does not need to be kept; simply upload the testing pre-print report (STD01001.APP).

Quick, Step-by-Step Instructions

1. UT Audit Reports | Reports | UT Testing: Pre-Print Verification
2. Mark one of the two radio buttons to indicate how you want the report sorted:
   • Sort by Student Name
   • Sort by Grade Level then by Student Name
3. Click the Preview or the Print button.
4. Click the Quit button to exit the report.
