SIS 2000+ UT Term End Quick Instructions Last update: 1/20/2000 jmm

This report shows daily attendance for the entire school, for one student, or for a teacher's class. The report also shows the total term absences, total year-to-date absences, total term tardies, total year-to-date tardies, and year-to-date membership. If marked, the report will also show the academic grade, citizenship grade, and improvement codes from the report card. This report is for internal use only and does not need to be kept for auditing purposes; however, this report for ALL students should be printed at the end of each term and kept as a backup until after the end of the school year. NOTE: Adding the academic and citizenship grades may be confusing because you can print attendance for one term and the grades from a different term. There is no indication on the report which term the academic and citizenship grades are from. As such, the academic and citizenship grades appear to be from the same term as the attendance (even if they aren't).

Quick, Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Attendance | Reports | UT Term End
2. Select the term from the drop-down list.
3. Instead of a report of ALL students in the school, you may mark:
   • "One Student Only" then click on Find to select the student.
   • "One Teacher Only" then click on Find to select the teacher. Select the Period/Course from the drop-down list.
4. (OPTIONAL) Check the box to print term academic and citizenship grades on the report. Refer to the NOTE in the report description above.
5. If you are printing a report for ALL students, mark the desired sorting option:
   • Sort by class
   • Sort by student
6. Click the Preview or the Print button.
7. Click the Quit button to exit the report.
