SIS 2000+ UT Study Area Enrollment Count Quick Instructions Last update: 1/21/2000 jmm

The Study Area Enrollment Count report may be requested by the Utah State Office of Education every other year. This report gives a count of the number of students taking courses in specific areas and is used to determine course taking patterns. The report is for USOE requests only and does not need to be kept for audit purposes.

Quick, Step-by-Step Instructions

1. UT Audit Reports | Reports | Study Area Enrollment Count
2. Select a date for the report -- be sure it is a day of school.
3. Mark one of the two radio buttons:
   • Report for ALL study areas.
   • Report for SELECTED study areas.
4. If SELECTED study areas was marked, click on Select to select the study area(s).
5. Click the Preview or the Print button.
6. Click the Quit button to exit the report.
