SIS 2000+ UT Student Summary / Court Referral Quick Instructions Last update: 1/21/2000 jmm

This report was intended as a report to the Juvenile Court System for when a referral is made or for when the student has a court visit. The reports are very useful for other purposes also -- the attendance report and the GPA/CPA Summary report are formatted very nicely. The GPA/CPA Summary report is ideal for insurance companies to grant car insurance discounts. Because the information on this report contains sensitive information, there is an option to print a cover sheet which identifies the student but covers the sensitive data.

Quick, Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Behavior | Reports | UT Student Summary/Court Referral
2. Select the term from the drop-down list.
3. Select the student (only one student can be selected).
4. Check the box to indicate whether you need a school or court referral sheet.
5. (OPTIONAL) Click the Configure button to enter witnesses, achievement notes, and plan of correction on the cover sheet.
6. Check from one to five of the report-types desired.
7. Click the Preview or the Print button.
8. Click the Quit button to exit the report.
