SIS 2000+ UT Student List - Address/Contact Quick Instructions Last update: 1/21/2000 jmm

This report prints a comprehensive list of all students enrolled in the school as well as their social security number, student ID number, student name, grade, birth date, gender, entry date, exit date, address, phone number, contact name, relationship of contact, contact phone number, and track. The report is for internal use only and does not need to be kept for audit purposes; however, this report should be kept as a master list of students in case of emergencies or for backup purposes. The next Utah Report (Student List by Family) is the same as this report except it can be sorted by family.

Quick, Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Enrollment | Reports | UT Student List-Address/Contact
2. Enter the effective date of the report -- be sure to list a school day.
3. Select which address to include in the report:
   • Home
   • Mailing
   • Contact
4. Check one of the three sorting options:
   • Print all students in the school sorted alphabetically within grade level.
   • Print all students in the school sorted alphabetically regardless of grade level.
   • Print only one class (course, not grade level) in the school.
5. If you are printing all students in the school, mark which grade(s) to be included.
6. If you are printing all students in the school, mark which gender(s) to be included.
7. Click the Preview or the Print button.
8. Click the Quit button to exit the report.
