SIS 2000+ UT Report of Absent Days Quick Instructions Last update: 1/21/2000 jmm

The purpose of this report is to verify the number of absences in a grading term. The report is for internal use only and does not need to be kept for audit purposes. The report lists the student ID, student name, name of parent/guardian, telephone number, and a number indicating the total number of full-day absences during the term. For secondary schools, the number of absent periods to be considered a full-day absence can be entered. A similar Utah Report is available which gives a record of daily attendance for the term as well as the totals (Term End Report).

Quick, Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Attendance | Reports | UT Report of Absent Days
2. Select the grading term from the drop-down list.
3. Indicate for which grade levels you want the report.
4. Enter a number to indicate how many periods in a secondary school are to be considered a full-day absence.
5. Click the Preview or the Print button.
6. Click the Quit button to exit the report.
