This is a verification report -- use it to verify enrollment information before submitting the October 1st Clearinghouse Upload to the USOE. After printing and verifying the information, a hardcopy of this report should be kept for several years at each school and by the district office for audit purposes. This verification report should be printed the first school day on or after October 1st each year. The final Clearing House Upload is due on October 15th.

Quick, Step-by-Step Instructions

1. UT Audit Reports | Reports | UT Oct 1 Count
2. Select the date of the first school day on or after October 1st.
3. Check any/all of the five check boxes for any/all of the five separate reports.
4. Click the Preview or the Print button.
5. Click the Quit button to exit the report.
