SIS 2000+ UT Low Achievement Report Quick Instructions Last update: 1/21/2000 jmm

This report is intended for counseling or advising purposes. It lists all students with low grades and/or low citizenship grades. It may also be used as an eligibility list for sports and other activities. The report may be run for any grading period including midterm grades. If the report is printed for a term-end grading period, absences and tardies will also be listed. (If the report is printed for a midterm grading period, all absences and tardies will be shown as "0".)

Quick, Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Mark Reporting | Reports | UT Low Achievement Report
2. Select the marking period.
3. Enter the ending or highest grade level you want on the report. (The report will give you an error message if you enter the lowest/beginning grade level first.)
4. Enter the beginning or lowest grade level you want on the report.
5. Check any/all of the five grading marks to report. Students with any of the marks checked will appear on the report.
6. Check whether you also want the students' GPA printed.
7. Click the Preview or the Print button.
8. Click the Quit button to exit the report.
