SIS 2000+ UT December 1 Quick Instructions Last update: 1/21/2000 jmm

This report is a verification report -- use it to verify information, specifically special education student data, before submitting the December 1st Clearinghouse Upload to the USOE. The printed report is actually four separate reports which may be printed separately or at one time. After printing and verifying the information, a hardcopy of this report should be kept for several years at each school and by the District's Special Education Director for auditing purposes. Note: Extracted data from the Clearinghouse upload will be forwarded to SARS electronically and hard copy verification reports of this data will no longer be available through DCS. The Clearinghouse upload is due by December 15 each year.

Quick, Step-by-Step Instructions

1. UT Audit Reports | Reports | UT December 1
2. Select the date for this verification report (the first school day on or after December 1st).
3. Select the school(s) desired. The drop-down list shows the schools selected for the report. To add or remove schools from the drop-down list and the report, click on the ellipsis ( . . . ) button.
4. Check one or more of the check boxes to indicate which of the four reports you desire.
5. Click the Preview or the Print button.
6. Click the Quit button to exit the report.
