SIS 2000+ UT ATE Student Listing Quick Instructions Last update: 1/21/2001 jmm

This is a verification report -- use it to verify applied technology course enrollment information before submitting the year-end Clearinghouse Upload to the USOE. After printing and verifying the information, a hardcopy of this report should be kept for several years at each school and by the District's ATE Director for audit purposes.

Quick, Step-by-Step Instructions

1. UT Audit Reports | Reports | UT ATE Student Listing
2. Choose the type of report:
   • Print all ATE students for the entire year (sorted by grade level and student).
   • Print all ATE students for one term only (sorted by teacher name and course number).
3. If you chose the report for one term only, select the desired term in the drop-down box.
4. Click the Preview or the Print button.
5. Click the Quit button to exit the report.
