SIS 2000+ Student Services Quick Instructions Last update: 1/20/2001 jmm

This report is located in the Services and Programs module and prints a listing of Services rendered (or pending) at the logged on school site for a defined date range as recorded in the Student Services application. In the default report, each Service is listed in chronological order. The names and ID numbers of students receiving each Service are listed as a sub-group under each Service entry. Various Service attributes of are listed, including time of service, Status of service, and various other optional Service status codes. Basic demographic data is included with each student name retrieved, including grade, gender, ethnicity, birth date, and age. The report is highly customizable through the selection of options, the application of queries, and by manipulating the sorting order.

Quick, Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Services and Programs | Reports | Student Services
2. Click the Options tab and define options.
3. Click the Select tab and define queries.
4. Click the Sort tab and specify sort order.
5. Click the Preview or the Print button.
6. Click the Quit button to exit the report.
