SIS 2000+ Student Schedule Quick Instructions Last update: 1/21/2001 jmm

This report is located in the Scheduling module and prints individual student timetables (daily schedules) for students that have been scheduled in the Master Schedule. Classes (course sections) for a student are listed within a period, within a cycle day, and within a term. Schedules are printed for a specified track only. The user can retrieve schedules on the basis of schedule status, schedule term, and effective date. The user specifies what term label will be used in the printed output. Page breaks are inserted between each student record. If a student is selected for the report but has no classes to print (based on user selections), a single page is still printed for the student indicating this.

1. Scheduling | Reports | Student Schedule
2. Click the Options tab and define options.
3. Click the Select tab and define queries.
4. Click the Sort tab and specify sort order.
5. Click the Preview or the Print button.
6. Click the Quit button to exit the report.
