SIS 2000+ Student Course Request List Quick Instructions Last update: 1/21/2001 jmm

This report is located in the Scheduling module and retrieves a list of course requests per student. It is used as an analysis tool when designing the Master Schedule. Two types of reports can be generated. The "Course Request List" provides a list of students, grouped by advisor, with a sub list of requested courses for each student. The "Exception List" provides a similar list of students, grouped by advisor, with the requested courses that violate the rules that are being checked, such as students requesting courses that are not available in their grade level, requests that violate the gender restrictions for a course, students with too many requests, and students with too little requests. In this second report, students with no exceptions are not shown.

1. Scheduling | Reports | Student Course Request List
2. Click the Options tab and define options.
3. Click the Select tab and define queries.
4. Click the Sort tab and specify sort order.
5. Click the Preview or the Print button.
6. Click the Quit button to exit the report.
