This report is located in the Scheduling module and
provides three types of listings:
- A summary of students with free time (i.e., who are not scheduled) by term,
grade level, period, and cycle day for a selected track of the logged on school.
The summary report is organized by Track Term and Grade Level (in the page
header) with totals printed in a matrix for each Track Period/Cycle Day
combination indicating the number of students that are free (not scheduled) for
that period/cycle combination (for the term and grade level). If the selected
track has only one cycle day, the organized by Track Term only and the matrix is
by Track Period and Grade Level.
- A detail of students with free time
- A Master Schedule Analysis, taking a count of how many students have
requests in each Period/Cycle by using a statistical averaging approach.
Selection criteria are available from Track Term, Track Period, and
Track Cycle Day. The reports may be sorted and grouped in a variety of ways.
