SIS 2000+ Student Schedule Summary Quick Instructions Last update: 1/21/2001 jmm

This report is located in the Scheduling module and prints individual schedule summary information for students that have been scheduled in the Master Schedule. This report uses the same data as the Student Schedule Report but lists the information in a different way. Whereas the Student Schedule Report reads like a timetable, listing a full breakdown classes (course sections) for each period within a cycle day within a term, the Student Schedule Summary Report condenses this information by listing a student's course sections only once. The net result is a smaller report.

Quick, Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Scheduling | Reports | Student Schedule Summary
2. Click the Options tab and define options.
3. Click the Select tab and define queries.
4. Click the Sort tab and specify sort order.
5. Click the Preview or the Print button.
6. Click the Quit button to exit the report.
