SIS 2000+ Student Data Labels Quick Instructions Last update: 1/13/2001 jmm

This report is located in the Enrollment module and produces student bar code labels. The bar codes correspond to the Student Identifier number. These are utility labels that may be used for a variety of purposes, such as file folders labels, ID card labels, etc. Labels may be generated for specific grades, specific course sections, student groups, tracks, etc. The labels can be sorted alphabetically by name or numerically by grade, ascending or descending respectively.

Quick, Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Enrollment | Reports | Student Data Labels
2. Click the Options tab and define options.
3. Click the Select tab and define queries.
4. Click the Sort tab and specify sort order.
5. Click the Preview or the Print button.
6. Click the Quit button to exit the report.
