Requirements Status Report Quick Instructions
Last update: 01/13/2001 jmm |
This report is located in the Attendance module and compiles data from the Requirements Editor program
regarding the status of students satisfying a selected Eligibility Rule,
such as a rule for graduation, activities, scholarships, etc. The data is
reported on two criteria:
1) Students who meet or do not meet the selected Rule
2) Students who meet the eligibility requirements as of a selected
Date.
The report listing breaks down the Eligibility Rule into components or
"eligibilities" (such as Subject area) and reports the credits required
for passing each component against the actual credits earned-to-date. The
totals of all the component scores are then used to determine if a student
meets or does not meet the total requirement for the selected Rule.
This data is called "requirements status" and, much like a progress report,
is a useful tool for advisors and counselors in guiding their students
towards specific achievements. See
Requirements Editor/Graduation for more information on how Eligibility
Rules are defined. The report can be run at any time in the school year for the purpose
of checking a student's progress-to-date. The report is highly customizable
through defining various options, applying queries, and manipulating the
sorting order of records retrieved.
