Sample Report

  1. Student's name and ID number
  2. Student's grade level
  3. Track
  4. Default title of report showing the Mark Reporting Period which is indicated by the Timeline point code followed by the Mark Reporting Term code.
  5. School Notes = Mark Reporting Comments as defined in the Track Marks application. These are general comments that have been associated to a track and applied per Timeline point to all report cards.
  6. Period code
  7. Course ID number
  8. Course description
  9. Teacher teaching the course section
  10. Mark Type, such as "A" for Academic or "C" for Citizenship.
  11. Mark Set, such as "LP" for Letter Grades with Plus and Minus or "CT" for Citizenship codes.
  12. Actual mark for the class (follows corresponding Mark Type/Mark Set code)
  13. Attendance data per class: number of tardies and absences.
  14. Report Card Comments per class. These are pre-defined in the Comments application and then assigned when entering marks in the Class Marks or Student Marks applications.
  15. Report Card Notes. Free form notes entered by the teacher per class in the Class Marks or Student Marks applications.
  16. Legend for Mark Type codes used in the report.
  17. Legend for Mark Set codes used in the report.
  18. Legend for Mark Set codes used in the report.
  19. Name, address, and phone number of the school site.
  20. Date of issue
  21. Addressee
