Detail Line section -
(Only three students have been selected for the purposes of this
sample)

- Identifier - Student Identifier
- Student Name - Student Name
- Grd - Student Grade level
- M/F - Student Gender code
- Eth - Student Ethnicity code
- Possible - The hours possible for that week, based
on the student's schedule for that week.
- Present - The total hours present for the week
- Extra Available - The total hours over the maximum
for the week.
- Extra Used - The total number of hours that were
back posted to previous weeks
- Extra From - The total number of hours that were
back posted from other weeks. On the summary line for the student, this
should match the Extra Used Column.
- From week - The week that the hours were back
posted from for that week.
- Claimed - The total hours claimed for ADA. This
will equal Hours Present or Hours Possible - which
ever is the lesser value - plus Extra From hours.
Summary Page -
Shows all weekly hours totals from the Grand Total line of the
last page of the Detail Line section (above) plus total number of students
reported, total days counted in the specified date range, total hours dropped
from the schedules of the students reported, average daily hours per student
for the specified date range, percentage of hours claimed from hours scheduled,
and a breakdown of genders reported.

- Student Enrollment - number of students reported.
- Dropped - number of hours dropped from schedules
of students reported.
- Days - total number of days in the date range.
- A.D.A - average daily attendance hours claimed
(divides total hours claimed by number of days reported by number of students
reported) for the specified date range.
- Percent - percentage of hours claimed against
hours scheduled.
