SIS 2000+ Master Schedule Quick Instructions Last update: 1/21/2001 jmm

This report is located in the Scheduling module and

defines which courses will be taught in which periods, in which cycle days, by which teachers in a given track. The Master Schedule is defined in a grid-type layout in the Master Schedule Editor program.

The Master Schedule Report is a printout of the same data but in linear format. Schedule data may be printed for any track defined for the current ‘logged-in’ school.  Selection criteria are available from Faculty, Faculty Group, Course, Course Group, Department, Room, Period, and Term. The report has three sorting schemes: by Course, Teacher , Period or Room.  The available options on the 'Sort' tab change depending on which Group By item is selected.

Quick, Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Scheduling | Reports | Master Schedule
2. Click the Options tab and define options.
3. Click the Select tab and define queries.
4. Click the Sort tab and specify sort order.
5. Click the Preview or the Print button.
6. Click the Quit button to exit the report.
