SIS 2000+ Marks Listing by Class Quick Instructions Last update: 1/20/2001 jmm

This report is located in the Mark Reporting module and is a listing of student marks by course section (class). Options include Title, Track, Page Breaks (by Class) and Mark Report Point/Period. Available tracks are for the 'logged-in' school. The user may select all mark report points, a specific mark report point, and specify whether to include marks for previous (lower in sequence id than the selected point) report points/periods. Selection criteria are available from Faculty/Group, Course/Group, Schedule Term, Department, Mark Type, Mark Set, and Mark Term. The 'grade buckets' (combination of course section, student, mark definition, mark term, mark type) included in a report will consist of the union of all (selected) grade buckets for all (selected) classes - therefore individual mark columns may only be valid for a subset of classes. The report's orientation is landscape, and up to 20 grade buckets per report are supported.

1. Mark Reporting | Reports | Marks Listing by Class
2. Click the Options tab and define options.
3. Click the Select Students tab and define queries.
4. Click the Sort tab and specify sort order.
5. Click the Select Marks tab and define queries.
6. Click the Preview or the Print button.
7. Click the Quit button to exit the report.
