  1. Locker ID - Locker identification number.
  2. Location - Locker location.
  3. C1: -C5: - Locker combinations 1-5. Up to five combinations may be recorded in the Locker Editor database. They are printed from left to right on this line as C1:, C2:, C3:, etc. The combination that is currently in use will be flagged by an asterisk (*).
  4. Student - Names of students assigned to this locker (via the Student Locker program).
  5. Ident -Student identification number of the assigned student.
  6. On Campus - Y="Yes", N="No". This marker refers to the Locker Location (#2) of each locker - whether it is on campus or off campus. The Locker Locations are derived from pre-defined Campus Locations in the School Editor application where the On/Off campus attribute is defined.
  7. Locker Type - such as 'Book Locker', 'Gym Locker', 'Band Locker', etc.
  8. Grade - Grade level of the assigned student.
  9. Sex - Gender code of the assigned student.
  10. Ethnic - Ethnicity code of the assigned student.
  11. Birthdate - Birthday of the assigned student
  12. Age - Age (in years) of the assigned student.
  13. Phone - Home phone number of the assigned student.
  14. Max - Maximum occupants. Maximum number of occupants that can be assigned to share this locker.
  15. Curr - Current number of occupants assigned to the locker.
  16. Lock ID - External lock identification number (serial number), if applicable.
  17. Curr Combination - The locker combination that is currently in use. (Same as flagged locker combination in Fields C1:- C5:)
