SIS 2000+ Summary of Loader Results Quick Instructions Last update: 1/21/2001 jmm

This report is located in the Scheduling module and

consists of two matrix-style listings that will assist users in understanding the Student Loader results. There are two types of reports to choose from:

• Summary of Loader Results by Grade and Gender
  This listing summarizes the results by student gender and/or grade, and lists the number of fully scheduled students.
• Summary of Loader Results by Course
  This listing summarizes the results by course, showing the number of requests, scheduled requests, and unscheduled requests by status of the request.

Quick, Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Scheduling | Reports | Summary of Loader Results
2. Click the Options tab and define options.
3. Click the Select tab and define queries.
4. Click the Sort tab and specify sort order.
5. Click the Preview or the Print button.
6. Click the Quit button to exit the report.
