SIS 2000+ Honor Roll Calculation & Listing Sample Report Last update: 04/21/2001 jmm

1. Students who qualify for the Honor Roll will be flagged with a "Y" in the Honor Roll field on the far right. Students who do not qualify will be included in the list if the "All Students" option is set to "On" but their Honor Roll field will be blank.
2. Students may be disqualified from the Honor Roll, even if they have earned the qualifying GPA, in cases where they have a grade point less than the Minimum GPA Value in a specified Mark Type. These records will be flagged with a "Y" in the DQ(Disqualifying) GPA Value column.
3. Students may be disqualified from the Honor Roll, even if they have earned the qualifying GPA, in cases where their total course credits are below the Minimum Credits value.
