SIS 2000+ GPA Rank Report Quick Instructions Last update: 01/13/2001 jmm

This report is located in the Attendance module and will show the student's name, ID, grade, and gender. It will show total grade points, potential credits, earned credits, and GPA for the current year. The same data on a cumulative basis will also be shown. The students ranking in the class as well as the size of the class is shown also. Options that can be picked include Track, School Year, Term, and GPA type. Selection criteria are available for Student, Advisor, Ethnicity, Grade, Group and Gender. The report's orientation is landscape.

Quick, Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Academic History | Reports | GPA Rank Report
2. Click the Options tab and define options.
3. Click the Select tab and define queries.
4. Click the Sort tab and specify sort order.
5. Click the Preview or the Print button.
6. Click the Quit button to exit the report.
