SIS 2000+ Meal Rates Reports Meal Rates Last update: 1/21/2001 jmm

Meal Rates Reports are produced by School Type -- Elementary School, Middle School, High School and Pre-Kindergarten. The report may be defined to print Current Rates only or All rates. Included in the report:

1. The Food type - Lunch, Breakfast, or Milk
2. The Consumer type - student, faculty, visitor (adult or child), or patron
3. The student Pay-type (free/reduced/regular)
4. Rate Effective and Expire Dates
5. The District rate and the rate for schools that use exceptions to the district rates (as in qualifying Severe Needs Breakfast sites)
6. First and Additional (Rate 1 and Rate 2) meal rates
7. Worker rate
8. The total Reimbursement amount for each meal rate is also included

1. Open the report
From the Food Services Menu, click on the Reports icon button. Select the report group Meal Rates Reports from the list menu that appears. Select Meal Rates from the Food Service Rates menu. See Food Services General Reporting Procedures for more information.

2. Define Parameters

Include:

All rate records
Includes all rate records present regardless of Today's Date and Rate Effective and Expire dates.

Current Rates only
Compares the System Date with Rate Effective and Expire Dates to include only rates that are in effect today.

School type:
Click on the drop down list box and select Elementary, Middle, High School or Pre-K.

3. Print, Display, or export to File

4. Exit report
Click on the Quit button to exit the report screen at any time.
