SIS 2000+ Items Reports Meal Items Last update: 1/21/2001 jmm |
The
Meal Items report lists food items based upon meal item availability, which
is set when a meal item is entered into the Items module. Availability
consists of:
1. Open the report
From the Food Services Menu, click on the Reports icon button.
Select the report group Food Items Reports from the list menu that
appears. Select Meal Items from the Food Service Items
menu. See Food Services General
Reporting Procedures for more information.

2. Define Parameters
Location(s)
Click on the drop down list box and select from District-wide, School
type or specific School (Fig. 2).

Meal(s)
Click on the drop down list box and select from All, Breakfast or Lunch
(Fig. 3).

Include:
Highlight (click on) either All rate records or Current Rates
only (Fig. 4).
All rate records
Includes all Item rate records present regardless of Today's Date and
item rate Effective and Expire dates.
Current Rates only
Compares the System Date with Meal Rate and Item (if
the Meal Item is also an Override Meal Rates item) Effective and Expire
Dates to include only meals that are available today.

3. Print, Display, or export to File

4. Exit report
Click on the Quit button to exit the report screen at any time.
