Quick Instructions

This report is located in the System module and generates a roster of faculty members for the target school site. The list includes Last Name, First Name, Identification number, Social Security number, Hire Date, and various demographic and status codes from the Faculty database. Options allow the inclusion or exclusion of the home address, e-mail address, phone number, and Notes. Further report criteria enable custom directories to be printed that list only certain sets of faculty members; such as, system administrators, teachers, members of a department, counselors, etc. The directory can be sorted in a variety of ways.

Quick, Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. System | Reports | Faculty Directory
  2. Click the Options tab and define options.
  3. Click the Select tab and define queries.
  4. Click the Sort tab and specify sort order.
  5. Click the Preview or the Print button.
  6. Click the Quit button to exit the report.
