SIS 2000+ Contact Listing Report

This report is located in the Enrollment module and provides administrators with a list of student contacts and the students for whom they been assigned. Each entry displays the contact's name and phone number, student's name, student ID number, birth date, gender, grade level, track, school site, primary language of the contact, contact's phone number type, student's advisor, and relationship of the contact to student. Contacts are defined in the Student Editor application. There are a variety of contact types, such as legal guardian, after school provider, non-custodial provider, etc. The Contact List Report will print all of the contact types or only selected contact types. The report is highly customizable through the application of select queries that allow specific, user defined sets of students to be reported. Further customization is facilitated by editing the sorting order.

Quick, Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Enrollment | Reports | Contact Listing
  2. Click the Options tab and define options.
  3. Click the Select tab and define queries.
  4. Click the Sort tab and specify sort order.
  5. Click the Preview or the Print button.
  6. Click the Quit button to exit the report.
