This report is located in the Mark Reporting module and

produces two similar reports: The Report Card Legend is a listing of all available comments contained in the Report Card Comments table, showing their numeric codes. The Report Card Legend Summary acts as a legend but also includes tallies of the Report Card Comments given for a particular mark reporting point.

Report Card Comments can be entered for each student in a scan form according to a comment code number (See Mark Reporting Scanform, Sample No. 1). The Report Card Legend Report is typically distributed with the report card scan forms to help the teachers know which comments to bubble. The Report Card Legend Summary Report is used after marks have been scanned to evaluate the use of the various comment codes.

Quick, Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Mark Reporting | Reports | Report Card Comment Listing
  2. Click the Options tab and define options.
  3. Click the Select tab and define queries.
  4. Click the Sort tab and specify sort order.
  5. Click the Preview or the Print button.
  6. Click the Quit button to exit the report.
